You've shipped something.

We care more about what you've built than what you can describe in an interview.

You've lived this problem.

Grading, teaching, learning, course-building — if you've actually done it, you'll build better software for it than someone who's only studied it.

You're okay without a finished spec.

Labs and Learn are still in beta. You'd be helping define them, not just building to a doc.

You think past the next release.

We'd rather ship something slower and have it still work next year.
